    Im not sure there is anything they can do, unles they investigate and find out that these 2 guys play sits together all the time? Then is it still even collusion, not sure about the rules on this one.

    If you think about it, if they have AIM or each others phonenumber (which I imagine would be the normal way of colluding), why have the conversation in stars chat.

    If in stars chat, prolly a couple of buddies that just want to play in the same game - no rule against that, if I played them and noticed something strange, then deal support, else let it be poker - just play for 1st, and who cares what they do...gl at the felt...
