  9. I realize it may be in part out of date I wanted to read it again for some of his chip accumulation thoughts that may still be valid. I have read it many times before and it seems to evoke an idea or two .... I just lost the link

This. It's a game strictly about adapting or staying one step ahead. Chances are tons of people have read that strategy and the games have gotten tougher although it may not seem like it much.

TBH I feel the same way about training videos/books you name it anything that teaches poker. It may be an applicable winning strategy now, but in time it will become out dated.

Start discussing hands with better players than yourself OP. imo this is what will help you learn the most.

  11. Bunch of useless, incoherent run-on sentences, like all of Deeb's posts.

couldn't have said it better myself....100% this ^^^ imo this approach is one step behind optimal...

the game of poker doesnt change, what changes is the villians level of thinking (good, bad, aggro, tight etc..) even the worst of the worst of players r adaptin and understandin some advance plays its understandin where exactly thier at to play the most optimally against imo
