    IN MY 3 YEARS PLAYING ON ULTIMATEBET I HAVE NEVER SEEN MUCH
    IMPROVEMENT UNTILL NOW......WHY???....I BELIEVE ITS ALL FROM
    THE HARD WORK OF SHAWN AND UB'S DESIRE TO MAYBE TAKE OVER
    THE ONLINE POKER WORLD WHICH IT CAN !!!!

    IN THE PAST I HAVE BEEN 1 OF THE MOST VOCAL CRITICS OF UB
    AND AM THE FIRST TO SAY THERE ARE MANY MORE NEEDED CHANGES.
    HOWEVER THE 1'S IVE SEEEN LATELY MAKE ME OPTIMISTIC
    THAT THEY MAY COME..SOON !!

    FINALLY UB IS LISTENING !!! AND THEY FINALLY HAVE AN ONLINE CONTACT
    FOR US ALL WHO TRULY CARES BOUT THE SITE.....AND ITS PLAYERS...

    AND NO...I DIDNT LOSE A BET TO HAVE TO POST THIS NOR AM I
    GETTING PAID A PENNY OR ANY ULTIMATE POINTS....JUST HOPE
    NEXT TIME I RAISE SHAWNS BB....HE DOESNT POP ME CAUSE
    MY BLUFF WITH AA HAS NO CHANCE AGAINST SHAWNS MITEY 4-9..

    TY Shawn for all the hard work. Im really looking forward to all of the improvements that UB has planned for us.

    UB is the only site I currently play on, because it provides me with everything I look for in a poker site, and it seems that it will only get better! UB's cash tables are great, and they offer the best hourly MTT selection (& blind structures) that you can find. It would be nice if there was a little more demand for the $50+ SNGs, and if the bigger buy-in tournaments started a little earlier for those of us on the east coast, but I can understand the decision to start them at 9pm est and beyond. Anything earlier would cancel out much of the west coast participation for those that don't get off work in time. I personally have never had a problem with customer service, so I cant relate to those that have.

    Well,Thanks for all the kind words

    There are several people behind the scenes that I chat with daily. One of which being POker HO, Some of the UB pros you know very well and a few people at the UB office. They very much deserve this credit.

    We are making these steps in the right direction for everyones best interest. I know forsure they are wanting to cater to you and your wishes and they can't just throw out all this out in one week, Some of these things will be some software changes and some will come in time as more and more players start playing more often (like nightly rebuys, earlier rebuys, with the bigger guarantees). Looks like the Thursday $35,000 Guarantee $30 rebuy is doing very well last couple of weeks but as yet to makes its guarantee, even though last week was very close. Once UB see's that they demand is there for the bigger guarantees,I am sure they would love to add more and more especially during the daying here in the US and that being evening time for the players in the UK. They also have interest in having many great tourneys for the east coast players as well as the west coast. I know it's hard when you have a big tourney like the Thursday $30 rebuy that seems to start late on the east coast so the players on the west coast will have a good chance to play it also.

    They have a long list of of demands and I am sure everyone will be addressed and then set in place according to priority. I know of a few changes coming that I just can't announce yet, I am very excited have a voice in respresenting us online players needs, wants, and desires.

    I like seeing my favorite site getting better and better with your help

    Ok They really need to mark special tourneys as turbos too, I just entered one with my last of my bankroll and found out that the blinds were 5 minutes. I did get lucky and finish last place money but I am not crazy about the push or fold play in turbos. At least I doubled my bankroll since I only had 81cents left after the buy in. Not crazy about not being able to unregester within 30 minutes of a start time.

    What have the changes been? Did I miss something? I like UB's software, if they are suddenly offering a worthwhile bonus or player rewards program I might have to stop by. If they are just offering a few more tournies then I'll stay where I'm at.

    Agree with Fox. A variety of tourney's can be found anywhere at numerous online poker sites, all of which do a better job of giving something back to the player to make them feel appreciated for their time played.

    Will take more than a few new tounreys to get me back, but I am hopeful that they will. They have the best software by far. But great software is not enough.

    I'm a UB fan too. AS an Australian player our 9 and 10pm games are your 5 and 6am tournies which do not have an overlay guarantee
    1) could u influence UB about this
    2) love the $1 turbo rebuy; this needs to become a permanent fixture as the opponents are much softer than the $5 mtt but the rebuy makes the payouts attractive

    Nothing makes me feel less appreciated than to play a tournament for three hours only to have it become an all-in fest where half the field would be mathmatically correct to move first in with any random hand. That's happens all the time at several of the big sites, but virtually never at UB. UB shows they care more about running a good tournament that rewards skill and patience than just getting it over in 4 hours. I know UB has their issues, but I wish people would keep this in mind when they talk about UB not caring about us. There are many ways sites can show they appreciate players, but a good structure is at the top of my list.
