Disgusting. After "investing" $12k due to some horrific beats in the rebuy period, I had north of 13k chips and was well above avg.
After losing 2 races to shortstacks I have 10,500 chips. Made it 1k w/AQss UTG and the button and SB both called. Flop AhAd7d I bet 1700, button makes it 3400(he can't have AK as he would have raised pre, and the SB(Donkey) calls. I move in, the button who has me slightly covered calls, and the SB also calls off his last 6500. Button has AcQd and SB has the almighty Td3d. Turn 5c river DIAMOND. OUCH.
I wait for a real hand before moving in for my remaining 2250 chips and do so w/99 as 2nd to act. BB(same donkeey) calls as if it's his obligation w/Kh5h. Flop 1 heart, turn heart. Wanna guess the river?
