Short-term tilt control

    I'm curious as to what some of you do to control your tilt short term. Generally speaking I am not one to stew over a beat for more than 10-20 min, and then after that I am fine. So for that 10-20 minute window while I am still playing do any of you have a plan to deal with it? I am certain that a common response would be fire up a joint, but I'm not into it so any other advice or methods that have worked for you would be great.

    I smash my keboard down on my desk with about 3.2 megatons of thrust. It usually takes about 10 to 20 minutes to find all the keys and get them plugged back into the board. By then, I'm ready for my next epic beat.
