  1. Any advice would be appreciated. My thinking in why I folded was that I didnt want to risk my fairly big stack this early. I did have a re-buy but I was tight on money and only wanted to use the add-on.

    THANKS~~legit

  2. its a matter of perception. I dont have a problem with any line you chose. The closer the decision you need to make the least it matters bc often times the answer is unknowable, meaning theres no right or wrong way to play it

  3. I'm not getting it in there with just top-and-bottom pair. Just know that the guy is a spewtard, so you can value bet more in pots with him.

  4. im snap calling here...his 3 likely hands are a7, 2 overs with a flush draw, or even an open ender who's looking to gamble.
  5. It's pretty easy to figure out who wants to gamble it up in micro rebuys. This huge overbet is either a blunderous semibluff, scared money protecting a made hand, or a made hand dressed up like a big bluff. If villain is always looking to rumble you gotta call this. If he hasn't been very active let it go. But this is exactly why you shouldn't play rebuys on a shoestring. You end up talking yourself out of +ev situations during the critical stack-building stage of the game.
  6. All of the above speak words of wisdom.

If money is tight at the moment, stick to freeze outs mate. More times than not I would call that.

  7. Wait, is this a true rebuy, or a 1r1a? My advice was on the assumption that it as a 1r1a, where you shouldn't be so loose. Some of the other responses make it sound like this is a true $2r, where you could go off for a bunch of rebuys if you wanted.

I agree 100000% with what everyone else said. If you EVER consider not rebuying because that extra money means something to you, you should not have been playing the tournament in the first place.
