  4. Had he been minraising? What did u put him on?
  5. i snap call this. is probably a flip because he doesnt have 99 or 22, very doubtful A9. but yes, a coinflip b/c you have 2 overs and the nut flush draw. i insta call this and have it go either way.
  6. I THINK YOU GOT TO GAMBLE, AK IS A +EV HAND. IF HAS TWO OVER CARDS THOUGH, YOU ARE IN THE HURT LOCKER, AND THAT IS NOT A LOCKER YOU WANT TO BE IN.
  7. you need to rly learn to take off your cap lock button. People skip over your posts because theyre obnoxious to read and HTF does he have 2 overs to AK??
  8. I MEANT OVER PAIRS. I APOLOGIZE.
  9. He either has a weaker A or a small pr. Without the suits, I probably fold but with the flush draaw and 2 overs you are basically dead even to win. Unless you put him on K's or A's I call this all day long.
  10. should have made it 1800 to go pre flop, if he pushes pre then you can decide to race.
post flop play is still a race but your beat.
  11. I think it is a good time gamble and chip up. His hand could be fairly weak. He did the new cool thing- raising UTG, but when you popped him he just called. Unless he put you speciffically on AK or maybe AQ, why does he then shove? Was he just hoping there were no face cards commnig then shoving with his 10 10-QQ? He knows nothing new about your hand and you could very likely have AA KK etc. IMO it looks like a weak shove on his part (since he learned nothing new about your hand). Call him and stack him more times than not.
  12. yeah i agree now that i look back on it, but i have no read on this guy and seem to run into more players that seem to play so scared and just push with monsters in this situation.... perhaps having aa or kk .... or maybe he had the 9 and hoped i had an over pair and would insta call his all in..... thats just what was going through my head at the time how ever

  13. in order to win a poker tournament, this call has to be made
  14. This is a definite snap call.. for a couple reasons

If he had AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT, why would he just shove in on the flop only to be called by dominating hands.. his open shove screams weakness in my opinion.. not only that.. but you could easily (and i do mean easily) have a better flush draw than him.. i can easily see him min raising with some sort of suited connector and just open shoving the flush draw here, in which case you would have the best hand and best draw.. he def doesnt have a 9 because the pot was too small for him to just open shove with a monster.. he would def check raise you.

Not an awful fold, but its close... I call here 90% of the time, and will often be looking at a lower flush draw.
