  2. No I like the way you played it, can't always be scared of the scare card. You found out where you were and he pretty much told you that your beat.
  3. This depends very heavily on what type of player he is also, perhaps even more importantly, what he thinks of your play.

At this stage of an SnG, presumably where top three pay, there is no need to butt heads with anyone other than the short guy.

Simply calling here might not be so bad. I know that might sound not right when you have a powerhouse pf like KK. But think for a minute what your goal is in this hand. Take the situation into mind, low blind levels, on the bubble, you are chip leader against second chip leader. Is this a situation where you are going to bust the second chip leader? I don't think so (unless he is a maniac). After all five cards are out, your hand is still likely to be a pair of Ks.

So why not keep the pot small? If you have to raise, try 110. And you are right, you certainly can check behind on a flop with an A. If he has something like A4, he is not going to be moving chips into the pot a fast rate. Just check/call, keep the pot small and hope he doesn't have the A.

If your plan is to profit from these SnGs, that's the way I would go. If you want first place, then you need to have a good read and be aggressive with your read.
