    Checking the flop was a mistake. Now everything after that beats your hand. Flat it or fold. I would fold. I doubt he would bet air or that five with the board.

    I'd rr to 450 pf. Bet the flop, bigger bet on the turn and bet the river. As played you have to fold. And I agree...where is the sick spot again?
