I think you fold. I know he could have 45 or air but it's a bit of an overbet and your hand is weak. I dunno I think we can do better. Also trapping with top pair no kicker not necessarily genius but I understand what you are trying to do. Could be wrong tho
-
sup tilty.... on tilt ive been playing more 25-50 and did very good last coupls sessions.... its kinda more stressfull so i was playing 10-20 today to be more relax :)....
yaa kenny i know what you are saying the thing is that with this guy I was focusing on that strategy of just calling him cause he was really spewing his $$ and he always folded to my raises.... i dont know very sick spot when he pushed thats why i wanted some thoughts -
can i ask why you didn't raise the flop? How in the world are you supposed to see where you stand when you just smooth call? I definitely lay this down. What exactly are you beating here? The river may have completed a hand like TJ and even a lot of other hands are beating you. I don't think I can call $2000+ on a board that doesn't even look like it could have missed some draws.
-
he didn't raise the flop because he was going to let villain bluff his monies off.

fwiw, calling would help me sleep easy at night. -

my bad OP, kind of skimmed through your initial post...
-
Not sure about the river decision but my thoughts are use game selection and find an easier opponent.
-
a couple of times, like 2 or 3 times and he had something but in that case he would value bet not push all in..... and fwiw he couldnt pass one hand without throwing 3 barrels
-
I think if that's the case you let this one go and catch him slippin another time. Pretty sure you're beat here.
-
Exactly, you just have to catch him slippin, but the same goes vice versa, and I think this hand posted by head is an example of him shoving on the river instead of value'ing because of previous hands between the two making it seem like he was shoving air on the river, but I think he had the goods. No shame in laying down, I think you get his money in the long haul

where the fuckkkkkk should I go then??? or should I make another retarded post about cash out problems or something???
like waco said a long time ago, there should be a high stakes forum here to discuss these types of hand... not my fkin problem if there isnt yet......
now GTFO of my thread if you are not going to say anything good -

SCT is referring to the fact that:
a) most high stakes players here are high stakes MTT players
b) you rarely find good mtt advice in PD, much less high stakes NL advice
c) there is a site, something to do with 4+4, that will have what you are looking for. -
amen..... but yah ur prob. not gonna get the best responses here ;/

He misses the flop and cbets...reads you weak on the turn and semibluffs with the scare card but really picks up a diamond draw with his suited connectors...and the feeds you a jam sammich with air on the river with his broken flush. (I like doing hand analysis with the only scenario your beating )

looooooooooooooool omg yaa ok explain me this one then

So you know you cant come to P5s for HSNLHE advice.....I would say nice brag on owning this guy HU but FAIL.
-
all i was saying is theres a lot of easier opponents than plz_stop_looking, it looks like he was tilted during this session, so with that in mind may as well try to take advantage of that.
