did you guys see the 4 way deal discussion?
Edited By: drunk_bunny Nov 22nd, 2010 at 11:37 PM
timkrank was #1 at the time - not by a comfortable margin by any stretch - but insisted on nothing less than $130k (#1 paid like $184k)
I watched most of the HU thinking that the man was gonna take it down - at one point he was up almost 5:1
the hand that did him in was calling a 6/6 shove with K/10(h) as I recall - thought that was kind of a strange call at the time but hey, what do I know?
I was hoping that krank would have to eat his words but he ended up shining.
congrats.
Reason: math error :) -
wow, so much sexual tension at that heads-up...

these FTOPS are sick in their payouts - this one only had about 1200ish entries @ $150 to the pool - actual cash barely covered first place payout
is this normal for FTOPS??
Level? It's a rebuy clown -
I can't believe Annette didn't ship it!

ok, so with a buy in of $150.... there were 1949 entries. there were also 2501 rebuys. additionally there were 1518 add-ons. Each of these entries/rebuys/addon's cost $150.

these FTOPS have had sickishly low participation
THAT was my point.
clown makeup artist.
1949
+ 2501
+ 1518
______
5968
now 5968 x $150 = $895,200.
The total prizepool for the event was $895,200 ($750,000 was guaranteed and it surpassed that).
calling you a clown would be a compliment -

hey siola, congrats! I was railing ya - had to root for you after knocking out Annette :(
care to share your thinking process as to why you decided to call with K/10 (h)??
were you thinking he had a smaller pair and you were willing to run it at that point? or did you think he was messing with you out of desperation?
and what was up with that 5 bet?? -
Respect Siola, biiig respect !!!!
