So this is where I sit. I have a 4k bankroll and it has been stuck at this for about 3 months. Keeps going down then comin back then breakin even, etc....Soooo my question is if you were me and you had the 4k bank roll (minded all my money is on UB) what would you do to get it up. I mean I dont want to plays 100s but thats where all the money is at. I play the mid levels usually that pay about 2k average, etc...This might be to general of a question, but I am real serious about this. Before I would cash out because I would go on a losing streak and just give up. Not this time, I will ride this out till either I am broke or turn it into what ever I can turn it into. Thanks everyone!

what time of day do you usually play your sessions?

Ooops...sorry I thought you were trying to be a smart ass. I retract my previous statement. I work 45 hours a week so it really fluctuates when I play. Ummm I play a lot of nights when I work so if your familiar with the UB tourney shcedule sometimes I only make it home to play the 9:20 p.m., sometimes I can't even make that. On my days off I grind all day though starting with the 2 p.m. if you are also familiar with that. Other then that I try and play as much as I can. PM me or just respond in here. Also if you have AIM shoot me and IM sometime. I will PM you my screen name.

stick to the $15 to $35 mtts, mix in some SNG at those levels too if u get rakeback at UB. As u accumulate UB points, trade them for cash

"trade them for cash"
Ummm no play point sats, they give you way more value than trading in. 4k is a good amount of money If you want to take some shots you should try and saty into the 120$ 20k and and the 120$ 30k. On the nights where the 60$ buy in(10k) replaces the 20k you should just str8 buy into that. Following bankroll managemnt is key but you need to take some shots every once in a while. You do not want to be stuck at the same levels forever so imo its worth it. -

There's a good article, I think by graps, on what to do as an MTT grinder with a $4k bankroll.

"I highly recommend, if you’re in a comparable bankroll “no man’s land,” to take shots on the higher edge as well. With a $4,000 bankroll, not only would I play at $20+2 and $24+2 tournaments, but also the $50+5 nightly tournaments on stars and FTP, and possibly the $69+6 Full Tilt tournaments as well. My bankroll guidance is based on our average buy-in, not any one maximum or minimum value. If you want to take a shot in the Bodog $100+9, go ahead…but play a little lower in some other events to balance things out."
Just be careful when taking shots. Don't necessarily take a shot every day as a bad swing can quickly kill the BR. I recommend taking shots at 50-75 a couple times a week.
