sit n gos , when do u move up?

    im a winning cash player who wants to start learning and playing sit n gos better. i have dabbled in them b 4 with some sucess . but now i want to track my play in them and learn more about icm and the like. so my question is at what roi do u need to be playing to move up in stakes? and the 2nd question is what is a good enuf min. sample size to use. im sure these questions have been asked and answered b 4 , but i searched thru the strategy archives and couldnt find them,

    It's time to move up when you lose five $200 SNG's in a row. This means it's time to play a $500 SNG.

    Take a look at stratagy archives <<<< that way. Pretty sure you will find what you need in the SNG section there my friend.
