Main thing -- fold river. You shouldn't often beat a single hand the villain has in this situation.
Flop -- since villain only min bet flop, I'd probably raise flop to 250. You want to extract value from weaker Js, Tx hands and any 9x/8x hand that may be drawing. Turn call is fine. Not a huge fan of raising turn because better hands always reraise or call and worse hands usually fold. -
I think I was trying too hard to get a stack by trapping but guess this is what happens if you don't put your opponent on a hand :( thanks

General advice -- don't try to trap TPTK type hands on boards where a lot of turn/river cards will leave you guessing. Any K, Q, T, 9, 8, 7 all possibly improve your opponents range and make it more difficult to know where you are. On boards like that, focus on extracting value from Jx/Tx hands and draws.

Maybe reraise on flop, but call is fine. Call on turn fine. Definitely fold on river.
