Just find an icm calculator and run old hh's (from 75/150 blinds to end) through it until you feel like a computer.

I have purchased several of the books on SnG play. Save your money and read everything Jennifear has on P5's.
Then look up the P5's archives for other articles.
Next do what the other poster recommended. Use Holdemresources.net, SnGwizard or SnGpowerTools, and pokerstove.
Do some home work. Use your hand histories and see where you can improve.

It's a lot of work. Anything that involves making a living playing poker/SnG's will be.
Skills you need:
1. Discipline, to follow bankroll management.
2. A good understanding of playing position.
3. A reasonable set of hand selection skills pre-flop.
4. Some good observational skills while playing and basic note taking ability while playing. Take notes that describe the opponent's play and in a fashion that you can read the next time you see them. Avoid generics like loose, tight, aggressive, passive; unless you put something in to give meaning to that description. Put dates in your notes. Yes, some players get better and you'll have to update their notes.
5. A good understanding of Push/fold ranges and calling ranges. You will get this by doing you ICM home work.
6. Practice, practice, practice.
7. Re-evaluate you game for leaks regularly and make adjustments.
Colin Mushmon's SnG book is pretty good.
Do a google search: There are many sites online that have extensive writings on SnG play & strategy. After you have read about three in addition to Jennifear on P5's. You'll wonder why you bothered with anything after Jennifear. -
Thanks guys, appreciate the advice
