</tt></tt>Should I be folding JJ here considering IAMCRACKKINGs stack?
I didn't think it was close given the blinds and the proximity of our stacks,
but thoughts/input are appreciated - thanks.

  2. play for the seat! i am never folding here, iamcrackking only has like one more bb than u ur stacks r very similar. Granted i normally only think about winning these sng's when simply playing for top two can b profitable. Whats wrong with playin for the W n when u fail u get 2nd ;) . But yeah i am never folding, don't b result oriented keep up the grind glgl

  3. No..you did it right. JJ's a gots 2 go. IAMCraccckkings' stack isn't low enought to consider folding here. You're entered to win the seat....you start folding JJ in that situation, and you're never winning. GL
  4. amen
  5. I would have played it exact same, UL.
  6. Results oriented much? I mean, what do you want to hear?

  7. no i dont think hes really being that much results oriented obv a little bit being if he won there would prob not be a post about it, but its a serious satty sng queston...

but no way you should fold this. blinds are just too high, bad break though...if there was like 500 in the pot pre instead of 1200 then you may a tough shippin/folding spot ...
  8. u played it wrong. SHOVE pre and dont open

You're gonna want to reread the hand history.

I think you played it fine. Stacks are low, but not low enough to fold JJ to one raise.
  12. no way out, good play
  13. Thanks guys. Not being results oriented at all and I originally stated I was happy with my play. Just started wondering more about these situations after reading Jennifear's excellent "when to fold AA pre" analysis.

  14. You almost played your hand as well as YURYSNUTZ played his...

He should push or fold, and never raise to 1100 with A8s, so I'll assume he isn't good enough to know he needs to shove 40% here. Therefore, you'll have to adjust by being tighter. I like {88+ AJs+ AQo+} here to shove, at minimum, and that's pretty tight. With JJ, high-five the monitor, then shove, which you did. Nice work!
