  1. I'm looking for a little bit of advice and expectations from experienced SNG grinders on p5's. I'm thinking of taking SNG's seriously because of my work situation and the flexibility that comes with them (also to pad my MTT roll obv). To be honest I'd rather watch paint dry, but if I can come up with some kind of volume goal and ROI goal I can remain motivated. I'm living out of hotels for work so the most tables I can fit comfortably is a max of eight but probably six optimally on my laptop. I prefer $12 6 max turbo SNG's on Full Tilt, I believe there are tons of fish in $22's but have found the $12's much much more beatable in my experience.

For people who have crushed this level how many tables would you play at a time? Any kind of profit or volume goal? Most importantly what ROI percentage would you consider getting by, good and great for this level for a player who has at least half a clue?
  2. Well just a warning, those are my games so sorry if I take your monies. But here is info:

9-12 tabling as continuously as possible. I aim for 200 games a week which isn't a lot but school so...
My ROI is 5.5%. I don't like it but apparently that's medium/high good. I would be happy with 8%.
They're getting harder. To be honest, I would find another game because these are filled with a lot of good regs like Odin, Snake, Julia, list goes on and on.

My coach/backer is a reg in the 50s-150s on stars and runs at 6%. He's beast too.

Thanks for the heads up, but I'm not worried about reg infestation and game selecting $12 turb sngs. Not to be a prick or anything but I would assume 5-8% to be pretty bad at the $12 level... i could be wrong but I was hoping for higher numbers than that.

  4. 10% is doing very well. I've played these for a long time and have learned from very good players. Do some research and hit me up if you wanna talk strat. PM me if you want my skype.
  5. if you are good at MTT and wish to continue there when BR permits playing the steps through FTP gives you a much higer ROI when u are starting at a Step 1 or 2 level. instead of the $26 entry you are spending maybe $8 or so to get in per tourney. It is way smarter than just grinding SnG's and buying directly in...
