    is this a snap-shove? Is it a major leak to raise 2.5x? Damn 22 I never know what to do, any thoughts are appreciated, thx.

    It's a shove. Keep in mind that your effective stack size is about 7-8 BBs here (You have 11 BBs but the BB only has 5)

    Raising 2.5x is not the best play, even if the chipleader has shown no ability to resteal, because it commits you to call a shove. Remember that this is no longer bubble play.
