Why are we remotely confident that this is the only instance wherein an AP executive, or 'geek hacker' was colluding with a player to rig the game.
What evidence can AP offer, other than allowing some P5ers to go over EVERY HH, that their game was EVER legit?
I'm sleeping in a tinfoil tent tonight, so if anyone can offer any input i'd appreciate it.

I guess thats the risk you are going to have to take now playing on their site, but I can guarentee you something like this will never happen again on their site if they want to still get business.

been asked many times, but will never be answered

I agree with the skepticism. This is the only time they got caught because someone from absolute poker "accidentaly" sent out that file. I'm sure there have been people with access to superaccounts from online sites who have taken advantage many many times before and still are. Not just Absolute but other sites. We need a website that encourages players to send in their hand histories for analysis. Software can be written to filter out potential cheaters. I wish someone would do this.

guys, this is far from over. Stay up to date and informed by reading 2p2 BBV. Absolutes response so far is in no way acceptable.

This is what I'm saying.
They repeatedly lied about this and went so far as to threaten legal action against the people making the false claims.
Now they are trying to claim that it's not a problem with the heirarchy of the company, but with a 'geek hacker'.
I've deposited, and donked off, at least 600 on that site, on cash games.
Why should I believe that was EVER a credible place to play poker? -
AP being crooked and you losing money are independent events in all likelihood...

(Thanks.)
I'm asking the community how slippery do we think the slope is?
Congress: Legalize, regulate and relocate in North Dakota or some other depressed rural area that needs tech jobs, FTW.
