I want to learn stud, 2-7. draw, etc. Could someone who plays those games alot give me an idea of how easy/hard those games are to beat at mid stakes? Is stud really easy to beat online in comparison to other HE games? What about draw poker, and 2-7?

well since you dont know how to play these games yet you will be the biggest fish at the table. so your question about how easy/hard these games are they will be HARD obv!

Razz is really easy to beat. You wouldn't believe the # of people that think the likes of T64 is a good starting hand. PL Omaha H/L is by far the most profitable in my opinion, but I see you didn't ask about that.
And as for the rest of this:
From the perspective of actually having been raped (and before anything else gets started no it wasn't OP...)--I appreciate the overall attitude towards this...but can you please keep those comments in the OT, I don't want to have to start worrying that it's going to be in certain threads whenever I open it....thanks =) -
yeah, I agree. I've seen players call triple bets on 3rd street w/a king showing. Razz is gr8, but be mentally prepared for the variance. Only in Razz can the nuts turn to garbage. Such as starting w/ A234, then getting a 2, 3, 4 on the next 3 streets. Very frustrating, but very profitable.

On Bodog anyhow.......PLO & PLO8 up to $200 buy in. The NL players get bored, have 0 clue how important position, starting hand selection or reasonable draws are and call or raise everything to the river, making some nice pots. Beware tho, you'll take some wicked beats from time to time, with 9 to the flop and 5 to the river, and someone hitting their random 2 outter they wern't even drawing at. But juciy profitable!
