When he raises you on the turn you should feel that you are most likely beat and throw the hand away. I mean all you could beat really is a lesser ace. Even though he had no business calling you with nothing but a gutshot on the flop, folding is the correct play on the turn raise. And being that you are in the 15/30 blind level you still have plenty of time to chip up before the blinds start to be a problem.
