    Hello Eric,

    We received an email from 'nbajam' saying you had played in a HU $21+$1
    Hold'em No Limit 'No blind increase' event.

    You were both sitting out for the entire duration of this event and by
    default the event finished at hand 501 with you as the victor.

    This awarded you $42, this is incorrect, we have deducted the $42 prize
    from your account and refunded you and 'nbajam' $21+$1, the buy-in plus the
    tourney fee.

    We have attached the Hand History for your attention.

    Said by default. So either 501 hands = end of game, or, 501 hands and no ACTION = end of game in the programming? Or perhaps somebody actually noticed it and shut it down? Who knows...
