So what would happen if one of the final 9 players died before resuming play?

    I'm sure he would get blinded off and the money would go to his estate or w/e. It would be interesting if it was a guy with a family and kids, etc. You'd have the added drama of the widow on the rail waiting for her check.

    It would really suck if you were seated to the immediate right of his stack. Stealing a dead man's blinds. Just kinda creepy. And then you'd prolly have to start three betting lp raisers who were obv stealing. It would def get weird.

    No one sees that it's impossible to keep giving someone that's sitting out walks until they win? Think about it.

    all players recieved 9th place money already so i guess one isnt a big deal if 2 or 3 died that would be interesting

    Actually, once you get to heads up you fold constantly, they fold constantly, and eventually the blinds get so big that one of you is going to be all-in every hand... he could win that way, he could end up second. It's certainly possible though. On paper.
