Ok, despite trying to work on tilt problems, I'm still by no means immune to getting pretty worked up over a bad beat by some donkey.
I know I want them to call my bet with Q6ss when I have aces, but I certainly never said anything about them flopping a flush !!
Anyways, I have been messing around trying to work out how to not lose buy in after buy in on tilt. Clearly the easiest way is just to get up and walk away, but let's face it, no one wants to do that when they are losing. So I have come up with a way to make sure everyone else at the table tilt aswell. If I'm going to play badly, they might as well play badly too!
Timebank people ... use the full timebank on every single decision. Raise, fold or call, timebank timebank timebank !! Use every single second of allocated time and just watch how pissed off the rest of the table becomes. Not only does it result in you playing fewer hands (which is a good thing since you are likely to play worse while on tilt), it is almost guaranteed to make other players at the table play MUCH worse.
Flame away !! -
If you are 12 years old this is a very acceptable strategy.
