I do want to say that the threat made towards me was:

a) Not explicitly physical, but I don't want to chance it
b) Did not come from the current management at UB/AP

Nat......like everyone else has said, thanks for everything. I agree it's not worth the risk. You've already done enough. There are enough people involved in this already that hopefully the dots can be connected without you doing anything else.

I've known you since PSCrew.com and on occasion have chatted with you. What you've done for the online poker community is immeasureable in the investigation of this fraud. I wish you all the best and am sorry to see that you received a threat.

If we all contibuted 1/100th of what Nat did to this (myself included) then maybe we can eventually arrive at more answers. At this juncture it may be to the point where some authority is needed to hold those accountable and arrive at conclusive answers.

Lastly, I think it is time for everyone to stop supporting Ultimate Bet. While it is almost certain that Russ Hamilton is not controlling/owning UB or pulling the strings it appears the details of the deal under which UB was sold remain unclear. If there is any chance he is still getting payouts or owed money from the current UB management then all possible action needs to be taken against UB despite the intentions of their new management team. I've done my best to read through the entire thread on 2+2 but I'm sure I missed a detail or two.

I don't think I said that the threats or statements were the products of nutjobs and not serious. I first asked why the posts were only being made about the threats on 2+2(or 4 as they shall henceforth be known to me). I understand Nat being concerned for himself and his family. I only mentioned what I would do i.e. making the threats known publicly so that there would be less of a chance of someone trying anything because it would cause flags to go up and would be tough for them to get away with. My job has caused people to threaten me before. I understand where Nat is coming from. I also have a license to carry a concealed weapon which I typically do. I don't think Nat has that advantage. I live in a part of the world where people understand if you mess with someone and they kill you, that you shouldn't have been messing with them in the first place so no, he's not going to jail for killing your sorry ass. I don't think Nat has that advantage either.

I respect the hell out of Nat and am disgusted that he has been threatened because of what he has done. I hope he is able to continue his work because that is the best way to keep the bastards(those who made the threats) from winning.

New management/ Old management - who cares. The fact that 2+2 needs to their security department should be evidence enough as to why that site should just die. Enough lies and games.

How could they carry out any threat against him now when it is totally obvious from this thread and others that the owners of UB/AP would be responsible? Its not like they can hire a hitman and say well we had nothing to do with it. The evidence is all here on the internet.

The problem is we are all logical people or we would not be worth dirt at poker. If it can happen at UB and AP it can happen anywhere! F UB is not gona cut it. We see to many hands right? Its impossible for anyone to see ur cards right? Who hasnt heard these words come out of the mouths of customer service reps from every Poker site in the world? Now we know there is "Auditing"software that can do just that. But they make enough money right? why would they risk it right? ask the CEOs at Exon Mobil, who just voted themselves an 88 million dollar bonus. Ask them, How much is enough!!?

This is really hitting much higher levels of intensity, and no one in their right mind would have anything to do with UB/AP at this point....

As soon as the 60 minutes special comes out, and more press is given to this - online poker is in big trouble for US players, and we all know it. I have never played at UB before, but I am sad that they just became the terminal cancer of online poker....
