Who's going? 50 Seats left, first gets $120k should be fun!
-
spoke to them today... they have 35 seats for friday but about 100 for saturday if u were still interested or wondering. Should be plenty of seats for saturday
-
50 seats left is what the poker room told me when I spoke to them just prior to making the post. He also said he expected it to sell out. I'd call and reserve a seat if you haven't done so already. gl

I'm thinking you should stay home. I'd hate to see you lose equity by not playing in online mtts. :) gl
I play today and will see you at the final table on sunday! -
yeah playing today, looking forward to some of the ridiculous plays I will see being made.

busted at 10pm (8hrs into it) sigh...play is terrible and the blind structure actually isnt bad its just the antes are very large...lots of limping and multi way pots, 6x open preflop raises and 3 or 4 flats after that isnt all that uncommon, unreal how bad the live play is compared to online, this $600 tourney plays like a $5 or $10 tourney online...
-
busted about a half hour before Mark and also agree with what he said. Although my favorite play which I saw several times with this as just one example was the open limp w/an 8k stack at 600/1200 blinds from the CO and then a fold to a raise.

Interesting hand from tourney so you tell me what to do?
Weak table over all, most players limping wanting to see flops 1hr into tourney, blinds 50-10 20k starting stack. Down to 14kish KK < 10 on 99410x borad pfff.
So i get 22 in utg +1, utg limps, i limp since 90% time i get to see flop at this table, button calls, sb calls, bb checks.
Flop: 10 6 2 rainbow
check, check, utg bets 350, I call wanting more action, folds to bb who calls (3 players left)
Turn: 10
bb bets 750, utg raise 1550, I call putting utg on 10x and hope to get river bet, bb folds (2 players left)
River: K
utg bets 3k... Now what do you do? 12kish behind, the villian is an older 50ish woman who has played badly so far (ie limp fold repeatedly) What had do you put her on? What do you do with 22? call/raise? Interested in thoughts! thx -
i call...
-
do you think she bets 3k with a 10? Or would she slow down on river?
Any other thoughts? -
If you say she is a bad player isnt she going to bet a 10 here. I call.
-
I'd shove the 22 hand. There are way more trip 10 hands in her range than fullhouse hands and I doubt she folds a 10 here especially if she is bad. I think you lose value by just calling the river.
-
I shove and exit quickly 1 hr into the tourney when she says, "what have I got myself in to?" and makes a scared call with 66. lol
I just wanted to see if you all think shoving was bad and I should have just called?
I still think she shows up with just a 10 there a lot and folds to shove or makes a horrible river call.
Better luck next time!
