  2. tough flop. coolered
  3. ul... just shake it off and fire up another.
  4. I agree. It happens. He got lucky. Time to fire up another one. As a side note, even though I most likely would have called here, I hate AJ off. Did you have any reads on him?
  5. I wish I could run into stuff like this when I have the guy outchipped 4 to 1.

My fellow OT'er Jay probably has a few in him and didnt read HH very well.
  6. He went to a few showdowns pretty light. Obv raise from my position, but what I really need advice on is that is there ANY way I can get away from this? Given that he WSD pretty light, I was certain TPTK was good in this spot. Also, what range do you put on semi-loose flatters from the button? I was a little suspicious because any thinking player would repop here with AA, and disguise his hand-- as the button is a great spot to resteal from. Guess I gotta fire another one up! Thanks for any/all advice guys.

  7. id fold. most people slowplay AA like this in these 4.40's. its that or top set. you need to make better reads.

Cause i orginally said "ul... fire up another one", which wouldnt be the case when you got your opponent covered by 30BB.

    level?

top top on a draw heavy board, insta call, hope to fade hearts or pp, admit to being owned when he actually shows you an overpair, take your 5000 chips and continue to grind
  14. Please never fold here.

NO, fist-pump high-five monitor when you're getting it in here. He has a worse J or a lower pair or total air waaaaaaaaaaay more often than AA. Not a bad hand at all, played completely standard, as others have said, move on fire up another.
