Your 'Ah5hAQ' hand is pretty marginal for a PLO8b starting point. (a) you can't make a raise big enough to limit the field (you are in early position). Just save your chips and limp to see the flop. You don't want to build a pot playing OOP. (b) You have some implied odds to hit your hand because the stacks are deep. (c) You will likely be getting forced out on the flop more times than not since you have to hit flop specific to scoop.

defintely don't raise pre...probably limp and check/fold most flops

Definitely check/fold flop. I dont agree with definitely do not raise pre. I think it depends on how the table has been playing. If there has been alot of activity preflop and a raise wont thin the field/ give you pos. then the raise is useless. If there hasnt been as much preflop activity then I dont mind a raise there. BUT.....I definitely would not raise to 90. You should make a full pot raise to 135.......a raise to 90 is encouraging players behind you to call, as well as the blinds and the utg limper.
