Stars $200K terrible pay scale

    Has anyone been paying attention to the $200K's pay scale over time. 271st makes 1 cent more than 4270th. I know that most of us like the final table and those going deep getting paid, but stars is taking it a little far in the 200K. You now have to finish in the top 1% to get past through the initial pay level. The larger the field is getting the less and less of the field is actually getting paid.

    stars pay scales should resemble fulltilts and only pay 9-11% of the field

    We all know the argument about wanting stars to go back to paying 10%, but they have said flat out that they aren't going back to 10%. I don't want this thread to revisit that.

    I have found only two MTTs where the pay doesn't start increasing when the field gets down to 10%. They are the $200K and the Million. The Million today started increasing after the initial level at about 6.5% of the field being left. That still is no where near as bad as the $200K. Getting down to 300th or 400th in a 29,000 person field is a nice accomplishment, even if it isn't the final table. Getting paid the same as somone who finished 4000th is outrageous. As the field size has grown the pay scale has gotten worse and worse for the field as a whole.

    whatever, the first pay level gives you 3x your buyin. not many tournaments gonna do that. be thankful

    Do you seriously care bout how much you make when you still have 4k people to go thru to finish the mtt? All the satty ppl beg to cash itm...AND watch how fast it goes from 4k--> next payjump. 4k ppl left is like playing a whole warmup field still, except less time obv. How else would you restructure it? Put 14 bucks for 4k-->3k left, then chop the rest of the payjumps off the top so first gets 10k? I'll stick with this luckfest.

    stars payouts r pathetic,,,tilts me they r the only 1 to have it tht bad dunno another site tht the payouts r anywhere near as bad

    would be so sick if they just paid 10%

    they would lose a lot of the casual players imo if they did this.....casual players= the donators that make these fields so huge
