Does anybody know exactly what tables this promotion will be on? I mean, I read the website and I understand that it is on cash game tables...but any cash game (HE, PLO, O8/B, Stud) and at any limit (micros)?

I find it hard to believe that they would be giving away $2000 whether it is a micro table or a high stakes table, but if it is micros, that would be awesome...I could use a quick 2K!

That would be lame if it was only for the biggest buy-ins. I mean if someone playing 100-200 gets 2K their like "cool, I have 10BB's", where as some .25-.50 grinder with 600$ in his BR gets 2K and is like "OMG I finally have a real BR, I love you LEE".

Well they will probably get at least $3200 and $8k for winning the hand since they are all platinum stars I am sure. Oh well, it is a drop in the bucket for them, but I don't think they'd sneeze at $8k. Very cool promo, hopefully some P5'ers get lucky!

I believe it was a .25/.50 cent table that won the 1 billionth hand promotion. It was xmas day 04, and it was crazy. Everyone sat at as many tables as they could and as every milestone hand approached, everyone folded to the BB as fast as possible. It almost gave me an epilectic fit how fast the tables were flying.
Sad part was, we missed by 1 hand.

I would be all in with 7-2 offsuit but I play low limits. Do you think the high stakes player's would be all-in? Would you put $3000 or $4000 in with a crap hand if you had a chance to win $50,000? I guess the pot odds would be good. Plus everyone in the hand gets $10,000.
