    How long is it taking to get a check? Also, what is the best way to get the check cashed? Thanks.

    i cash out on tuesdays and get it on monday...

    best way to cash is to take it to a bank

    My bank recently posted a notice on their ATMs that, among other things, checks from foreign banks can't be deposited through the ATM. I haven't checked with the bank, but I'm assuming I can still deposit the check inside. However, do you get any kind of sketchy looks or trouble trying to deposit in a bank?

    You just click cash out from your computer, then you go outside and check your mail and voila! It is in there. Its very fast. :)

    the check you recieve is not foreign
    it is from a bank/company in california

    I don't think stars checks are from a foreign bank.

    when i cash out, i get my checks within 3 business days. I usually wait till i have enough to cash out over $1000 cause then stars couriers it free of charge. I havent had to wait for snail mail yet so i'm not sure how long that takes. Stars is definitely the best for service in this department.

    If you put money on thru Epassporte, do you have to cash it out thru Epassporte, or can you send yourself a check? thanks...Greg

    comes from california 99% of the time for me... 1 time i got it from georgia... but never from overseas...
    so you dont have to worry there... and they dont say anythign special

    these checks say NOTHING about stars

    they are f'n cashier checks
    you wouldnt be able to tell any difference between them and a pay check except your company name isnt on it...

    The easy solution is to get the Epassporte card and withdraw from the ATM. Super easy.

    You've got to get at least a suspicious look, maybe more, if you go to cash your $130K Sunday million win check though. I think they tell the police if it's anything over $10K. I don't know what happens after that. Probably nothing. Anyone here cash out that much? I know it sure as fuck isn't me. LoL...

    they do report transactions over 10k to the IRS, but that's it.

    as for cashing out checks that big, you CAN'T. if you cash out more than $5k stars will only do a wire transfer.

    do you realize how many 10k transactions there are every day? they would need a whole new govt dept to handle all the reports
