Stars Deposit Problem *Advice Needed*

    I am trying to use my paytru card to deposit on stars. I use this method without fail every time but tonight it says"please try your deposit in USD or try your preffered currency at a later time. Where do I change my currency back to USD and how could it have gotten changed as my default currency? Any insight would be appreciated.

    I got an email recently from stars saying that they would no longer accept Deposits from Paytru starting sometime this week.. I dont remember the exact date.. Maybe that is the problem

    That is the problem. I was unable to withdraw to my paytru card this week because of this.

    This is the actual email I got sigh

    Dear AFink93,

    We regret that the ability to use your payTru VisaDebit card at pokerstars will
    be coming to an end in the near future.

    As of December 10, 2007 at 12:00pm EST, you will no longer be able to request
    cashouts to your payTru VisaDebit account from PokerStars. All cashouts
    requested before this time will be processed by December 13th.

    As of December 14, 2007 at 12:00pm EST, you will no longer be able to make
    purchases with your payTru VisaDebit card at PokerStars.

    You may still use your payTru VisaDebit card to do the following until it
    expires:

    - load funds onto your payTru VisaDebit card
    - use your payTru VisaDebit card to withdraw funds from ATMs
    - make purchases using your payTru VisaDebit card anywhere Visa is accepted
    (other than at PokerStars)

    We thank you for participating in the payTru VisaDebit card program at
    PokerStars.

    go to any walgreens get a primier visa card (load with the value packs) and use that card. It cost 4.95 to load up to 500... premier card you can load upto 2500. Very easy and open all night. ps. CVS is a better option to reload. You have to wait 1hr if you buy reload card at walgreens and it is instant if you reload at cvs again open 24hrs
