In the first hand you should raise more preflop and bet flop, checking the flop gives your opponent a free card to improve on you, when the K hits, you should bet about 1/2 pot trying to entice him into re shoing you.

hand #2, DO NOT RE RAISE TURN. flat call, raising is not betting out any hands that you beat, so its pointless. try playing a little tigher preflop though, you have a good stack, no need to force anythign right now.
