I'm playing $25NL and the cards aren't being flipped on all-ins anymore.
Did stars change this?
Sorry if this has already been asked/answered a million times. -
not required to at casinos....so I guess thats how it should be
-
go look under options..theres a tab that says..show hole cards when all in (cash games)...if the other doesnt have this checked..it wont show.
-
They were doing this though, for a brief time anyway. I'm certain of it.
They changed back I guess.
Oh sweet. Guy buys in for $5. I raise to $1 on the button with A-J, he shoves, I call.
A-2 > A-J -
I was shocked when I got all in and saw the opponents hand pre when I finally turned off my cash restrictions like 2 weeks ago and played a little. Then I went busto on stars. Shoulda kept those cash restrictions on lol...

there vip system can be the best rakeback on the net....I currently getting about 50% and will soon be more, of course u have to ply alot
-
The highest equivalent cash back you can get on stars is about 40%, which is what you get at the SuperNova Elite level--which requires you to pay about $200,000 in rake per year. It's exactly 40% for tournament/SNG players but can vary around that number for cash players. At SuperNova, tournament players are getting 28% equivalent, and it goes down from there.

This is not to say it's not a great VIP program--their program revolutionized the online poker universe in a lot of ways, and many thousands of players find it highly rewarding. But 50% back is a bit of an exaggeration.
For more information on the VIP program, we've got a nice review here:

There are reviews of some other VIP programs that you can compare it to as well. -

My friend will be raked approx 400k by the end of the year, and will be getting approx 240k in rakeback, so that will far exceed 50%

He puts in super insane crazy volume though -
Adam your info is off, ppl playing 1/2 limit fullring as an elite are almsot getting 100% rakeback. It depends on ur game but on avg its more than 40% for elite.
<table align="center" border="0" cellspacing="10"><tbody><tr><td align="center">SN, 600k+ VPP</td><td align="center">~41%</td></tr><tr><td align="center">SN, 800k+ VPP</td><td align="center">~43%</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Supernova Elite</td><td align="center">~57%</td></tr></tbody></table>

So 50% is not an exageration at all, maybe for a couple ppl but for most elites, 50% is under shooting it
