  1. I'm playing $25NL and the cards aren't being flipped on all-ins anymore.

    Did stars change this?

Sorry if this has already been asked/answered a million times.
  2. stars has always done this

  3. Thats quite possibly the most tilting thing in online poker ever

  4. not required to at casinos....so I guess thats how it should be
  5. go look under options..theres a tab that says..show hole cards when all in (cash games)...if the other doesnt have this checked..it wont show.

The highest equivalent cash back you can get on stars is about 40%, which is what you get at the SuperNova Elite level--which requires you to pay about $200,000 in rake per year. It's exactly 40% for tournament/SNG players but can vary around that number for cash players. At SuperNova, tournament players are getting 28% equivalent, and it goes down from there.

This is not to say it's not a great VIP program--their program revolutionized the online poker universe in a lot of ways, and many thousands of players find it highly rewarding. But 50% back is a bit of an exaggeration.

For more information on the VIP program, we've got a nice review here:

There are reviews of some other VIP programs that you can compare it to as well.

My friend will be raked approx 400k by the end of the year, and will be getting approx 240k in rakeback, so that will far exceed 50%

He puts in super insane crazy volume though
  18. Adam your info is off, ppl playing 1/2 limit fullring as an elite are almsot getting 100% rakeback. It depends on ur game but on avg its more than 40% for elite.

    <table align="center" border="0" cellspacing="10"><tbody><tr><td align="center">SN, 600k+ VPP</td><td align="center">~41%</td></tr><tr><td align="center">SN, 800k+ VPP</td><td align="center">~43%</td></tr><tr><td align="center">Supernova Elite</td><td align="center">~57%</td></tr></tbody></table>
    http://www.fpppro.com/pokerstars-rakeback.php

So 50% is not an exageration at all, maybe for a couple ppl but for most elites, 50% is under shooting it
