    gotta love that generic response. Wished they would have said something to the effect that there wont be much of a delay in withdrawing funds.

    Funds are safe, but by December 1st you will NOT be able to get them out of our Pokersite. You can play on Pokerstars until your account is depleted.

    I think you might be putting the cart before the horse. You seem to be very sure of yourself. Do you really think online poker will be dead in US after Dec 1st? LOL I for one do not it will be dead. I could be wrong tho.

    I hope this is a level. Most banks have already taken all the measures they plan to to be in compliance with the UIEGA. There isn't going to be some massive "the sky is falling" Y2K-like doomswitch that causes all of the banks to stop accepting foreign checks after Dec. 1st.

    Was anyone able to get there funds from Party Poker when they did the Pull out. Or is that a long shot truth that our money will be in there until we meet someone from overseas or one of our all to friendly Canadians to so some kind of transfer/withdrawal?

    All of these hurdles make it tougher and tougher to get/keep recreational players that are the lifeblood of poker. They aren't going to look for intricate ways to get money on and off of online poker sites.

    My blood boils everytime some shortsighted pro/semi-pro berates a bad play made by a guy with a -68% ROI.

    I just used one of the cash out options at a U.S. site and it came in 3 days. I know its not dec. yet but im not worried. I have a credit union fwiw
