unrivledmstr was my roommate in Vegas for June and half of July during the WSOP. the xfers between our accounts were to cover rent expenses, & sidebets.

as for the other 2 accounts <SPAN class=text12 id=msg_txt>Minamoto74 and x7me7a I have never heard of them nor associated with them and have NO IDEA how they said we have shared computers. I had never logged onto stars from any cpu other than my laptop the entire time. however there were 6 people living at the house during the 1.5 months sharing the same internet connection via a router.

I emailed stars replying to this 15 hours ago and have yet to get a response. wtf can I do besides wait? how long do they usually suspend accounts for in times like these? terrible timing too, sfrigged i won the $55 25k yesterday like an hour b4 my account got suspended and have yet to withdraw the money.

when i called unrivledmstr to see wtf was up he initially said he didn't know who they were but after like 20 min he called me back he told me they were ppl he knew from his hometown of phoenix with whom he had traded cash for stars money. (he got arrested in vegas for having outstanding warrants in AZ then after like 10 days in jail was extradited back to phoenix at which time he needed cash so he was trying to unload stars $ for cash) ftr my roommate unrivledmstr I discovered to be a pretty shady dude after about the first month of living with him. it wouldn't surprise me if he was doing shit against stars T&C

If you have done nothing wrong they will reopen it for you. My girlfriend and I use the same computer and have transfered money between each other on stars and I recently received an email asking a few questions about it and for some ID.

Sent the ID and bingo we are back playing again.

10 days in Nevada jail and then extradited to Arizona. That's not for a speeding ticket dude! What were the felony charges against him in AZ? Sounds like you didn't get lucky and got a scumbag as a roomate.
Makes it plausible that he's lying about the other user names. If you used the same router, then PS would see the same IP address and thus the questions from them regarding these names.

I'll admit that the letter looks a little strange but let's keep in mind that this isn't someone that signed up their P5 account yesterday and has a pretty fair amount of results.

Let's have this one play out about a bit before everyone goes and lynches the OP, past history gives him the benefit of the doubt.

the outstanding warrant in AZ he claims was the result of a misunderstanding w/ a rental car company where he rented a car for a month but they reported it stolen after a couple of weeks and he got arrested last summer.

as for why he got arrested in LV this summer was beacuse of a similar incident. he rented a yellow mustang for 3 days but kept if for nearly 3 weeks. my other roommate scott borrowed the car and was driving to get a haircut. in mid haircut 3 plain clothes officers grabbed him from the chair and arrested him. he quickly explained the situation and told them he wasn't the person who rented the car and promplty gave them the address and directions to the house where they came and arrested Jason (unrivledmstr).

dude, I wasn't saying it was a fabrication, I just said it doesn't sound right. Usually pokerstars e-mails contain correct grammar and punctuation. It sucks you ran in to some bad randoms.

I hope everything works out for you and Stars reimburses for your lost time/trouble/stress

PS. LOL at "misunderstanding" with rental car company and again the next summer; either you are niave by calling it a misunderstanding or you're not telling all.

My guess is that your old roommate bounced an echeck to them. I had a similar situation on party five years ago. A person I regularly did transfers with owed them money from an EFT deposit, and all I did was explain our relationship and my account was re-opened.

FTR, I met the OP once, he does not seem like a person who would make this up. He is a good kid, though a sh#tty beirut (beerpong) player.

If it is like you say, it should be a few weeks probably before this gets resolved b/c it seems like a rather complicated matter.

I hope it doesn't take a few weeks, and idk how the fuck i got caught up in this bullshit. and I do recall winning a few headsup beerpong prob bets vs random vegas locals at Osheas that night. I believe I was TERRIBLE at flipcup, but my beerpong game was respectable. ty for the support Josh

Don't worry bro....I have a reputable and good friend that is in a similar situation and stars is investigating as well....imo, what it all comes down to is their process to interview the induviduals in this party/claim and their responses (which is unfortunate). It might not be the answer you want to hear, but I would follow up w/ each induvidual and ask them to respond if Stars contacts them. In my friends case, his account is/will be suspened until Stars hears directly from the persons associated w/ his IP/P2P past. Therefore, in order for your case to be expedited, I would contact your roommate(s) regardless of the type of relationship you know have w/ them now, and explain to them what is going on and the type of talk track they are going to provide to Stars support (assuming one of them is shady and will try to throw you under the bus/weasel out). Hopefully, you haven't berated those that have put you in this shitty situation (I probably would've), but I feel your best bet moving forward is to get their side of the story bc their accounts are prob. banned too.......Aloha and gl Brah, see ya back over here next month......
