<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 border=0><TBODY><TR><TD vAlign=top align=left width="100%">I think it is great pokerstars can work in a few 'square roots' and 'logarithms' into TLB calculations.......now if they could get 'pi' and 'e' and the speed of light in there as well as a little calculus ......maybe a few derivatives and integrals and some partial differential equations would certainly make the TLB more accurate........I say the more arcane math you add to any problem the more likely your results cannot be disputed.......
10 * [sqrt(n)/sqrt(k)] * [1+log(b+0.25)]
= 10 * [sqrt(150)/sqrt(3)] * [1+log(20+0.25)]
= 10 * sqrt(50) * (1+1.31)
= 10 * 7.071 * 2.31
= 163.09 (rounded up)
= 10 * [sqrt(900)/sqrt(25)] * [1+log(0+0.25)]
= 10 * sqrt(36) * [1+(-0.60206)]
= 10 * 6 * 0.39794
= 10 * [sqrt(n)/sqrt(k)] * [1+log(b+0.25)]
= 10 * [sqrt(250)/sqrt(10)] * [1+log(10+0.25)]
= 10 * sqrt(25) * [1+(1.01)]
= 10 * 5 * 2.01
= 100.54 (rounded up) </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE> -
I didn't quite catch the last two paragraphs in Spanish. What are you trying to say?
-
before they get "pi" and "e" worked on, I'd rather get the "turn" and "river" at the speed of light when someone is all in....takes ages
-
I was just a little surprised about the complexity of the TLB calculations....but I guess the calculations are fair.....I was just being sarcastic with my comments.........
-
King...I agree
-
yeah I was trying to make a joke too. I didn't word it very well.
