    has anyone ever used this with any accuracy? I just emailed stars a simple question regarding my per SNG FPP/VPP earnings. I just received Gold Star status. My question to them was - how many FPPs/VPPs (I still don't know the difference) will I earn as a Gold Star per 6.50 9 man sng, 16.00 9 man sng, and 27.00 9 man sng. I want to know how many of each SNG I will have to play to maintin Gold Star.

    i got sent to this calculator. I've tried using this piece of shit in the past. How the FUCK can you predict the avg buyin for your next month of play? Let's even say that I'll solely play 6.50 sngs. I also like to 18 table them, and I play for different lengths at a time. Not a single one of those options are available to me at this calculator.

    A more functional calculator would be one in which you could select your VIP level and select the EXACT SNG that you play. This would give you the # of FPPs/VPPs (seriously, wtf is the difference) that you would earn per sng. with simple math - or an additional part of the calculator - you could much more easily find out how many of each SNG you would need to play to either maintain your current level or achieve a higher level.

    WTF??!?!?! This tilts me so bad.

    ok

    you take the amount of vpps you recieve for each sng you play. sayyyy the $12 turbo 180s, you get 5 each. you need 3k vpps a month to reach gold star. 3000/5=600. you would need to play 600 in one month to reach goldstar.

    you can even figure out how much time youd have to spend to make it there. say you 10 table. these average about an hour each. so 600*1/10=60. so you would need to play 60 hours for that month.

    gold star offers a 100% fpp bonus. so youd get 10fpps per each $12 180 you play. if youre playing 600 of them to reach gold star then youd get 6k fpps during that time.

    just substitute all your sngs info and there you go.

    that's not the issue. I could probably figure it out, but i'm really not sure how many VPPs you earn per sng. it's the fact that i emailed stars and asked them that question, and they pointed me to the fucking stupid calculator that doesnt tell you shit!
