  1. Hi all, I haven't been around in a while and recently realized Neteller is not giving me my money back. I had always assumed my money would be safe and liquid. Can someone(like a Adam, GP, KK, HO) please post where we are at and what is still safe for US players. Where can we play and is our money going to be withdraw-able. I know you all must miss my dead money, so helping me might pay:-) Thanks and GL, Incog<----Ugly loose
  2. There are literally thousands of posts about this in the forum. Use the search feature to find 'em.

Also, you're making a pretty bad assumption saying you "recently realized Neteller is not giving me my money back."

  3. As far as it stands right now neteller will not be giving anyone their money back.

Other options are available right now but to be honest who knows if they will last very long. If the DOJ is going after companies like neteller i don't see why they won't go after the companies that fill netellers shoes.

Consider joining the PPA and donating some money for a good cause (www.pokerplayersalliance.org). I recently read an article from a lawyer who has a lot of experiance in gambling relalted laws and he said its going to get worse before it gest better and I really do agree with him. The govt still has like 7 or 8 months to fully implement the new bill and already they are going after people.
  4. I tried depositing on Neteller last night and they wouldn't let me??
  5. I'm of the opinion that the govt wouldn't freeze it without trying to confisate all of it at some point.

    Steve
  6. Yeah even if they didnt confiscate it, its no illegal to transfer that money. Until the UIGEA is changed we arent getting our neteller money.
  7. I did like the State of......... sticky post though esp for those who dont keep up with things regularly.
Some friends of mine just recently found out about this as they are the guys who have maybe 100 bucks online and regularly go months without opening a site or payment processor.

I think it would help prevent the repeat posts too.

  8. It's not "your" money anymore...

    Sincerely,

    Uncle Sam
