In my opinion, I would strongly consider folding this hand. Even though he's playing reckless, he is still UTG. I would give him credit for 2 overs, and do you really have to take a chance at this point in the tourney? Your in great chip position, and can afford to wait for a better spot. I made a similar decision in a Stage 3 Tourney tonight, waited for a better spot, and wound up advancing to Round 4. Plus, the blinds are still low compared to your chip stack!!!

I think you have way too many chips to be calling off w 99. Given how deep everyone is, you are pretty much flipping against his shoving range.
