For all those who Multitable out there do you ever cut your planned sessions short.
I have been 12 tbling $16 stg's lately and just cut my session short after losing16buyins from 30 tourneys. Felt I was largely playing well but found myself yelling after another suckout on the bubble. I don't usually get upset so I thought it best to gove it up for the afternoon rather than tilt away anymnore of my roll. -
probably a good idea. when i used to grind sng's i found that i was heaps more results orientated than i should be, and struggled to keep composed after a few bad beats in a session.
my best tip to you sir is to get some exercise, as personally i find that it really relieves any stress i have, and after i'm done and cool down etc i find that i'm in a much better mood and can regrind with a clear head. -
whenever you find yourself getting angry you should always cut the session short.
rub one out.....and load more after -
if you think it is affecting your play yes, otherwise not much point.
also why are you grinding SNGs on stars if you are an Aussie? -
What's an STG?

i mean you have access to party, iPoker, Ongame, etc. Rake is slightly more, but you should be able to get an RB deal getting 50% back or better.
and play is a lot worse than on PS or FTP. -
i load up a session of sngs and then do some pushups, curls, situps and then load up some more. as long as i'm not making mistakes i could give a fuck about losing a few buyins. granted i think its better to play less tables and drop down in stakes when losing x amount of buyins is starting to piss you off. i was playing $10 and just couldnt deal with the swings so dropped back to $5 for a bit.

grinding SNGs sucks, especially when its going bad. I find when im running bad, i drop down the amount of tables for a little bit. Instead of playing 12 at once, drop to 4-6, try get back into wining ways and move back up to 9-12.
If when you get back to 9-12 you are still losing, consider that maybe 9-12 isnt as profitable for you as 4-6.
