  1. its been happening to me on the odd occasion over the last few days n i just thought its bearable, i no gags recently done a post about this but i would of thought they would of done something about it as its a joke.

    literally today i missed around 10 hands in a super turbo tourny because of it,

    its a joke, anyone know when there gonna do something about it?

    i emailed support about it and they want to know every detail of all the times it happened to me on tuesday. I tried to take a couple screen shots but only got one.....
  3. has anyone gotten their buy in refunded when this happened after they e-mailed support. It happened to me several times today playing the rush 135 mans.

  5. have you tried resizing your table? it seems to fix it right away, but it may happen again, and i just resize it again.

  7. I just closed the table and reopened it and it worked fine after that. I missed like 3 hands in a row before I figured out what to do.
     
  8. The update that just went out should fix the hand history issues some players have been seeing. Please let us know if you see any hand history issues any more.

    The Guarantee tab in the Tournament lobby now behaves properly as well (it no longer shows all the satellites).

    We're still working on the remaining issues (no action buttons when it's your turn to act and seeing too many cards on the board) and hope to have an update addressing them next week. In the meantime, if you experience either of those issues, if you take screenshots and write up a quick summary of what was going on when it happened to you and then send that to support, they can look into the situation (and it will also help us track down and fix the issue).
