    Is my check on the turn just glearingly obvious? How often is he checking his flush behind here?

    Nice that you got quads here, but you really didnt get payed for them did you? I see a few reasons why, Firsty you checked your BB before the flop, with AQ here 80% of the time im gonna bump it up atleast 2bb here to try and get rid of some of those limpers......probaly more because theres so many limpers here.

    Post Flop ok but really not great, you bet 444 into a pot of about 650, thats just screaming continuation bet CALLME which you really dont want, you dont want to give that many limpers pot odds to call and get there wheel str8, or 2 pair, ect....But you managed to scare a few out so not bad..

    Turn, there is not reason to be checking, the object is to get money in the pot while your ahead (which you can presume you are here) or too control the pot size when you think your behind.

    And again on river, absolute nuts, but you check, come on man at least throw a small bet in there, id call with any two cards at this point to be honest how you played the hand.

    So what im saying is your not gonna get quads allot or trips, sometimes not even pairs, so get your money in the pot and dont play scared
