Is there any interest in getting a collection together to take out a full page ad in The New York Times (or other major news publication)?

I thought I saw a post on P5's a couple of months ago that suggested the same thing. The cost will be high for sure, but I think it may be well worth it. I, for one, would be willing to contribute to this project (even though more than half my bankroll is stuck in Neteller).

Even if it doesn't have any affect on the legality of online poker, it would make me feel really good to know that my voice is heard.

We could put together a committe responsible for drafting the language. It will be a strongly written statement, supported with well-reasoned arguments and hard facts. At the very least, we will let our legislators know that we feel very strongly on this issue.
