    Hi all. For those of you who do not know yet I am now working asatournament consultant for Poker stars and will likely be the mostvisible face for the poker room on P5's and 2+2. I am in theprocess of setting up my Stars email now for future use. Now tobusiness....

    Asyou know the Sunday Million has experimented with a 1R+1A form at thepast weeks and this has caused some to be unsure as to its'future. However, the schedule has been finalized through Augustand I can assurethat it will remain a $215 freezeout the majority ofthetime. The schedule for the upcoming month is as follows:

    July 9 will be R/A as is already psoted
    *Structure has been changed back to normal structure as well, t2500 starting chips, t3000 addons.

    July 16 will be WSOP 150 seats satellite.

    July 23 will be regular freezout $215 Sunday Million

    July 30 will be regular end of month freezout $530 Sunday Million

    August 6 will be regular freezout $215 Sunday Million

    Alsoon July 23rd we will be deploying a $215 + unlimited rebuys@7pmEST. This is mainly due to the real need for this in themarket on a weeklybasis, however, for now it is a one time thing andwill be reevaluated right after the tournament finishes on the meritsof participation. So make sure to play in the $215r if you want tosee it become a regular addition to the Sunday lineup. Thats allfor now guys, I will have my Stars email set up soon but in themeantime you can either post questions here or PM me.

    How about more feeder sats to the other big games?

    A weekly $200 plo, or plo/8 event with over 100 players
    would be more than welcome.

    July 9 is unlimited rebuys? that sounds g00dddd! but then again its the World Cup final on that day and time *-)

    July 9th is 1R + 1A as mentioned. However, an extra tourney, @ 7pm EST will be deployed as a $215 + unlimited rebuys. So on the 23rd of July the schedule will look like this:

    16:30 - $215 Sunday Million
    18:15 - $215 Second Chance
    19:00 - $215 + unlimited rebuys

    I have always had a good relationship with stars and Lee imparticular. A little background on me.

    I have been playing poker online and live for 4 years for the last 2 I have been playing exclusively MTTs and have done fairly well, do I play on the highest online limits? No. However, I understand tournament poker very well. This alone wouldnt have been enough though and 1 year ago I became a moderator on 2+2 and have ran several intricate and rather large events on that board in conjunction with Stars. Once I graduated college we immediately started conversations about me joining the Stars Team and for the past month have been ironing out the details. Finally, as of July 1st it was official and I became a consultant and moreso the "face of Poker Stars" on this board and 2+2. Do not fret though, Lee will still be popping his head in from time to time but I will be here on a daily basis to answer any questions as best I can and to try to implement ideas of the posters on this board and continue to keep Poker Stars as the #1 tournament poker site on the internet.

    I apologize for any grammar issues, I am playing right now as well as posting here and 2+2. A lot of them seem to be coming from formatting issues between copying from 2+2 to here.

    As I said there are tenative plans for the WCOOP but things wont be finalized for a little bit. I will be able to tell you all more soon. I will also start a post soon on both forums for suggestions for things that people REALLY want to be included in the WCOOP as there still may be room for small changes. Do not post these ideas here though as I will make a seperate post solely for this.

    Kick up the buy-in of the weekly $215 Sunday Million to $360, give 5000 chips instead of 2500, adjust the blind and ante structure to the new starting chips.

    You already run a $36+3 freezeout satellite to the million, which would now qualify 10 to 1 instead of the current 6 to 1.

    Kick up the turbo sats feeding in from $10r to $15r.

    Also there is no reason why party should get 1000 players a night for their $150NLH and stars only gets 500.

    So you fix this by:

    Increasing the nightly $150 to 2500 chips from the current 1500. Adjust the structure a bit.

    Then since the Sunday Million goes up to $360 then a player that satellites in to the Million that week can unregister and play the $150 nightly at least twice during the week.

    There is no reason why Party should get 1000 players a night for their $150 and Stars gets only 500.

    Jurollo, would love to see a $3 rebuy 180 man SNG running 24/7 or somthing very simliar. All of the regular sunday Sat players would really enjoy this plus the idea having a rebuy running all day would be so amazing.

    Great to see stars is listening to their players needs.

    This is a request that has nothing to do with the scheduling but is something I think many tournament players would appreciate. I've posted it before but never got a response....

    What stars should really add is what the tournament buyin is on the actual table......so if you are playing a $3rebuy and freezeout at the same time you arent accidentally shoving any 2 on your freezout table in the rebuy period...currently it only has the tournament #s and the blind levels, so the only way to see what you are actually playing is by going to the lobby.

    I dont have the roll for $200 freezeout every week, but I will def try my luck to sattelite my way in now. Its silly for someone to satellite a $200 seat and have to spend another $400 in the same tourney. Yet another reason, why I nearly play exclusively at pokerstars now. Unbelievable customer service and a true regard for their players.

    Seriously though, this is a great move by stars by putting a well-rounded online MTT'r in a position to make a direct impact on their tournaments. I wish you all the success with your new job, congrats!

    i understand the suggestion hotdawg...my suggestion for you (until stars maybe does this) is to pick a theme (woot, new themes) that you always use for rebuy tourneys, and switch to it each time...that way you can be playing hypersimple freezeouts while you play rebuys in the marine theme or something

    I would really like to know some thoughts on the $200r @ 7pm EST on Sunday the 23rd, how does everyone feel about that time? Would it be better later? On Saturday? Ideas are more than welcome!
