taking on the chipleader...damn!!

    how would u guys play this.....
    Basically I played this because I didn't put him on much of a hand, maybe pocket 10's and this was a good opportunity to be the chipleader if I read him correctly. Normally I would fold after the check-raise op the flop, but I wanted to gamble.

    I already made the money. (average stack was around 90k, could wait for better hand, but!??)
    couldn't sleep after this play...
    went broke few hands after this one. went allin with Ac Jc and AKos called

    Frustrating, but nothing to lose sleep over.

    Without seeing how he'd been playing up until that point, I would have probably put him on AJ or maybe KJ after he reraised you on the flop. I would have got out then.

    He made a bad decision preflop and got away with it. It happens.

    3 times your stack he probly would call anything-I would of went all in right away to see ...maybe he would have thought twice...maybe not.....you lost anyway might as well make him commit a third of his stack from the getgo.

    The check/min-raise is the biggest sign of a monster in online poker. It's too bad that the turn was an Ace and you chose to be married to the hand.

    But once you put out the continuation bet and got min-raised, you needed to be done there. You had A high and an above-average stack if you fold.

    Fold to a check-minraise. Calling him all the way down was probably the worst thing you could have done.
