    I am publicly admitting that I made a partial mistake and that UB has been incredible in assisting me with my concerns that I posted a couple days ago. I posted about missing $3 and also missing a few cents here and there. After reviewing my account the $3 error was my own error. However; the cents here and there are being investigated. After reviewing a spreedsheet with a very nice representative from UB what was happening was this: If I sat at a cash game with 350.67 it would calculate it as $350.60. this happened on two occasions in March.

    No; I am not worried about the few cents here and there...but for anyone who is interested I will let ya know if the representative that is helping me figures it out.

    I hope that all of the people that represent UB can acknowledge that up until a couple days ago I was very vocal about how great of a site it is!

    The gentleman who called me (probably reading this) thank you 1 million times; it meant the world to me:) You asked what you could do to get me back as a customer.....Well between yourself and your assistant you have done it! I am officially back on UB effect in a few minutes.

    PS....This weekends promos are once again incredible....Way to go team UB.

    it's people like you that cause these damn sites to be so slow..... you know how stupid it is to bitch about CENTS!!??? this is just plain stupid and there is no other explanation.... just stupid......
    .... i'd give up on life if I lost sleep over pennies...

    NO I AM NOT WORRIED ABOUT A FEW CENTS EITHER. ACTUALY I HAD NO INTENTIONS OF EVEN REPORTING THIS TO UB. HOWEVER; IN ME PREVIOUS POST ABOUT THIS MATTER I WAS ASKED TO REPORT IT BY OTHERS INCASE THERE WAS A PROBLEM.

    It is the prinicpal that if there is a glitch in the system that it should be fixed.

    I think the issue is if the software is taking a few cents here and a few cents there then there is a BIG problem that needs to be addressed

    3 cents or 3 dollars a problem is a problem. And by alerting them to their problem, perhaps Tee did UB (and all who play there) a great service. Why everyone needs to be so negative towards others on here is a concept foreign to me.

    When I first joined this site, it really felt like a community, one in which players supported each other. Over the last month or so, it feels as though the community is imploding under a rash of negativity.

    If you don't care about Tee's 3 cents, then keep your 2 cents out of it. There was no reason for a personal attack.

    Interestingly (to me at least) is that fact that this is similiar to what used to happen at banks. When they would be calculating interest on accounts, there would be several decimal points past the one cent space...like $5.324568, etc.

    For years they would simply truncate to the nearest cent. Doing that millions of times on billions of dollars turns into an enormous amount of money that was not going into consumers accounts.

    It was called the Salami scheme and was made famous in the movie "Office Space" among others.

    This was apparently real, but there was never any crimes committed where it was siphoned off into another account and embezzeled, it was just retained by the banks.

    ...or so the Germans would have us believe!

    If a poker site wanted to, or had a computer glitch, that allowed a couple of pennies here or there to be retained from accounts, it could turn into alot of money pretty quickly if you think about it.

    Conspiracy theorists would have a good time with this.

    Anyway, another $.08 of your life gone reading this post.

    tee tee takes big people to admit when they may be wrong. Ub been pretty good about standing behind us and I for one am pleased with there concern.
