  1. I just wanted to thank everyone here (particularly Apestyles and Jennifear) for putting up with me and giving me good information to better my online results. I've been able to totally revamp my game to where I feel just as comfortable playing online as I do live. At the start of the new year I made a resolution to really focus on my game and stay positive at the tables. The second instance I'm still working on but my game has improved immensely from reading this forum, asking for adivce and reviewing my hand histories to try and fix leaks in my game. One of my goals this year was to make it into the top 20 on the Sharkscope leaderboard for 2-5$ grinders which i've been able to do on and off for the past month, reaching as high as #6, even as a low volume guy casually grinding Rush 4.40's. Another goal was to finally close out a low buy-in rebuy. I have been so close on multiple occasions but cooler after cooler killed that dream the past few I've played in, until today when i took down/chopped the 2r Rush on tilt. I ran hot and cold but stayed positive; played well enough & ran well enough when it counted most, to win. I know it's not much to you high volume ballers out there but to me, a casual micro grinder, it feels good and I appreciate all your help.

    Thank you,

    Jason

  4. congrats man way to go! How come you chopped the 2r?

  5. The blinds were ridiculous so there wasn't much play involved at all but I ended up getting 300 more than he did. We both win. I'm not greedy, I think I could have won but I always think a bird in the hand is better than two in the bush. A lot of guys don't like to chop on here but I do.

  6. agreed, when blinds are high i don't like to put it up to a shove fest to see who gets 50% more money. Even if I have the chip lead and they have a somewhat decent stack where if they double up they'll have a stack comparative to mine (assuming it's a a pretty big score) I'll give them some sort of deal where they get a little bit more money than they would had they lost. I think it just makes sense.
  7. Way to give props dude... you deserve this !!!
  8. glgl and congrats, keep the wins coming
