Yesterday I posted a situation I was in that caused me to miss FTOPS event #1. I just want P5ers to know that FTP and FTPDoug came through for me in a big way and they credited my account with token entries so I didn't lose out on the buyin. I am very happy with FTP support, most importantly they came through for me in the end. FTP really does have players best interests at heart, even a small time micro player like me. I really appreciate your efforts Doug, thanks very much. It is my pleasure to continue to play at FTP.

out of curiosity, how did you get the situation handled? anytime i email full tilt support it takes days before they even acknowledge my emails and usually a couple more days before i get an actual response.

FTP Doug responded to my post yesterday giving me his email and instructing me to email him directly with an explanation of what happened. I did. This morning they had credited me token entries in lieu of the $216 buyin fee which was more than acceptable to me. You can refer to my original post to see the details, otherwise, doug's email is: doug@fulltiltpoker.com. Good luck!

It does not make up for FTP housing bots.

You're an idiot. I used to be pretty active in the botting community, but never felt like learning the code and eventually gave up. Bots have been around forever and theres nothing they can do to stop them. Ok they close a few accounts, big deal they'll open up new ones. The best known botter, obviously the better ones are more silent, Zippy had about 15 accounts closed and lost $60,000 a year or so ago. Guess what he did, gave up and quit....or he created 30 more accounts and made it even harder to find him.
The bots only play what they are told to play. They don't know something you don't, you should be happy they exist because they can only play within their code. Learn to beat them and exploit it, otherwise don't play on the site, or any sites for that matter.
They are on literally every site. From the small time all the way to FT and pokerstars, they have bots on ever network to maximize profit.
