    Hi all,
    I paid $30 to join this site and draft a team of 10 players to compete in the WSOP. It is just like fantasy baseball, etc with the winner getting $50,000, and second 20K. The top 10 places pay out dwon to a grand for 10th.

    I am in first place with just the main event left to go. I am hearing players concerned this is not a legitimate site. It was advertised on Cardplayer. Has anyone heard this? Obviously being in first it would really suck it I won and was not paid the money, and lost my original $30 on a scam.

    I've met the guy who runs this site. I'd have no hesitation in placing my trust in him.

    The site is also licensed in the UK.

    not sure why you think it ends with the ME.....there are I think 3-5 events after the ME?

    There are six more events, 39-44, don't know if they're included or not.

    yeah maine, there are several events after the ME that the game includes.....

    i remember reading on the site that the scoring stops at the ME.

    I thought I read in the rules that the few after the Main event were not included. but I am not at all certain about that. As long as the site is legit I am cool.....if someone beats me then they deserve the win. I just was concerned that the whole deal could be fake...and from what you all have said it sounds like it is above board. Thanks for the congrats too and for your response.

    I met Juha Helpi out there this week when I played the 1500 NL and he was a wicked cool guy. I wished him luck at the final table the next day and told him I was pulling for him as he is on my fantasy team. He smiled and said he would do his best...and he came 2nd to Phil H. So, I got 75 points from a nice guy!

    Jdro,

    just thought I read that on the "how to play" section, but maybe not. I was concerned as well because I tried all day to access the site and it is not responding. Thanks for your responses though!

    The current standings are missing the 2-7 draw 5K event as well as the main event.
    The smaller tournies that all go off over the next 10 days do NOT count for this fantasy league.
    Congrats on the current standing Maine, i think you and the guy in second run out to big leads once the 2-7 standings get added.
    I am currently in third and sure hope all the big boys brick out in the main event so i can hold onto third.

    Thanks Chimp...I heard a chimp was playing in the main event this year?? I hope he represents! I wonder what will happen for the end of the FPG. I wish you well....and hope you take down at least 7500. I would be happy with that. I am hoping NO big names cash from here on out.....but that's a stretch huh. Thanks for the update. Do you think they will pay out????
